Anyone going to this year's Taste of Chaos?

Okay, so Taste of Chaos is already underway, and I know a lot of people are really excited about getting to see bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, and Bullet For My Valentine.
However, this year, the tour has some AMAZING opening bands, three of which have come all the way from Japan to participate. In particular, one of my absolute favorite bands, D'espairsRay, is on the bill. They are an extremely hard-working Japanese band who have already played several shows in the US, but this is the largest tour they've ever done. This is a great opportunity for them to branch out and reach audiences who might not have been aware of them before.
And it couldn't have happened to a better band. I think they just keep getting better and better with time. They have an extremely heavy sound, while also still being melodic and very catchy. Not to mention that they put on one of the most energetic live shows you could ever imagine!
SO, if you're planning to hit up any of the ToC dates, what I ask of you is to NOT skip out on the opening bands - you'll miss some amazing music! Instead, consider getting to your venue early and catching all their sets... pay special attention to D'espairsRay, and give them a nice, warm reception. After all, they're really far from home, lol!
And if you like what you hear, pick up a copy of their latest album, Mirror, and their new live DVD, Spiral Staircase #15, at the merch booth after the show. You won't be disappointed. ;)
(I myself am going to three ToC shows with a bunch of friends. We wouldn't miss D'espairsRay for the world, and plan to show them just how much America loves them!)
